Bradd Pitt gave his paternal instincts a workout this week by watching over Angelina Jolie's adorable tykes while she worked on her latest film, reports the New York Post.
The soon-to-be-divorced star, who has been in Canada filming "The Assassination of Jesse James," was snapped Monday on the New York set of "The Good Shepherd" as he snuggled 7-month-old Zahara in one arm and held 4-year-old Maddox's hand with the other.
Just how easily is Pitt taking to dad duty? He was spied toting a baby bottle filled with formula in his back pocket.
This latest sign of kiddie bonding comes nine months after the A-lister nearly broke down while talking to Diane Sawyer about how much he wanted children with then-wife Jennifer Aniston.
"Yes, I have got family on the mind," he said. "Little girls, they just crush me -- they break my heart."
